I see they are sticking firmly to the "no rotary encoders" philosophy, and replacing the mouse with an odd trackball. They've also laid out the numeric keypad/F keys in a non standard way and the only other controls you have are what looks like transport controls for SAW?

Not to mention that I didn't see anything that looks like a solo or mute button.

There does appear to be a single row of buttons above the faders, probably for mutes.

I can't see, though, how this setup is better than two BCFS, or especially two Motormixes, aside from being in one case. It's big, it's ugly, there's not enough faders, and there's very little functionality.

Now.. if the design gurus at Montarbo get a say, and expand it to 24 or 32 faders with mute, solo, scribble strips, and a REAL MOUSE, that would be way better.

All a bunch of crap. The insides are still crap, and they think this is going to make it better - a national trade show and all they can show is some crap inside a case with a pair of monitors strapped to it? This is absolutely nothing different than what has been out for years and has done "thousands of shows" (and crashed a few). He really did find some suckers there alright...

Notice KUI was doing the talking. Was that Bob in the background? If it was, I was entertaining myself thinking he was reading this forum and grumbling to himself in the background of the video. LOL...

I know Joe disagrees but I still don't think Bob is a bad guy and that he set out to try and pull a fast one or take advantage of anyone. I think he just feels that his way of doing things is so much better that it only makes sense that everyone should just line up and be grateful he shared SAC with us. And it worked for a while I guess... I've been blamed in private messages on the other forum for changing the tone of the forum over the years. :-P (not by Bob... but others..)

They've run out of Miracle Berry Fruit Tablets over there and have realized they're eating lemons, not oranges :)

There was a mention of some facebook page for them, although I wasn't able to find one. To me the picture that was posted just looked like an X32 or M32 under glass. So not sure what that was about.

I will say that the AMP software has a lot of potential. Can't really say much more than that.
