Ads on the site

Postby Administrator » Sat Jul 21, 2012 12:09 am

I have tried to place the ads on the site in places that don't slow down browsing and don't cause too much inconvienience.

They do help offset the cost of running the server ever-so-slightly. Clicking on them DOES generate a few more cents of "income". If you see something you might be interested, please do click and help support the board. I have tried to use google's filtering to make sure we don't get anything too offensive (and certainly nothing should appear that would be non-family oriented). If you do see something come across that's bad, let me know and I will try to adjust the filters again. Everything SHOULD be context sensitive to the pages you're looking at when possible.

If it really becomes a problem, I will drop them totally.
